These Terms and Conditions are governed by the United Arab Emirates law. The courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim relating to these points.

1. We have registered the copyright for all our designs. All Y N M DESIGN FIRM patterns, embroideries, embellishments, and garments are copyrighted. And all rights reserved. No part of any of our patterns, embroideries, embellishments, and garments may be photocopied or reproduced in any form without written consent from Y N M Design Firm. Items made using our copyrighted designs/patterns are protected by the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
   
   
2. If our copyright is violated, in most cases statutory damages will be awarded by the courts. Violations may expect to receive a cease and desist letter from us.
